The National College Health Assessment (NCHA) will be live from Monday, May 6th to Sunday, May 26th. You'll get your survey link on Monday, May 6th. The subject line will read: "Time to represent Caltech in the 2024 National College Health Assessment (NCHA)"
Every two years, Student Wellness Services invites all currently enrolled Caltech students 18 and older to take the National College Health Assessment. It's a confidential national survey that asks about health behaviors such as exercise, sleep, alcohol use, mental health, and more. You should be done in less than 30 minutes.
The NCHA is Wellness Services' single most useful way to gauge how our students are doing overall in terms of their physical and emotional health, and to see how we compare to other universities. Remember, your responses are confidential, and everyone who completes the NCHA will be entered into a drawing for $1,000 worth of giveaways just for Caltech students! Keep your eyes open on Monday the 6th.
